Are you under stress? Is something worrying you? We organise meditation classes for people who want to learn how to provide empowerment tools for personal growth. We use different kinds of meditation like therapeutic meditation, vypassana, mudras, etc…
Throughout the class an introduction to different kinds of breathing and meditation techniques will be offered. After that we will proceed to 20 minutes of vypassana and therapeutic meditation. The last part of the class is an interactive talk about managing emotions, conflicts and stress reduction. Total duration of each class is 1 hour.
